Moderation Overview

Apollar provides powerful moderation tools to help you keep your server safe and organized. This page gives you a clear overview of permissions, available commands, and user notifications.

All moderation actions performed by the bot result in a DM to the affected user that details who performed the action and the reason, if provided.

Permissions & Access

Access to moderation commands is based on standard Discord permissions:

Kick, Ban, Timeout, Untimeout: Standard Discord permissions required.
Temp-ban: Requires Ban permission.
Warn: Requires Kick permission.
Warns: Requires Kick permission.

Moderation Commands

/kick: Remove a user from the server.
/ban: Permanently ban a user.
/timeout: Temporarily mute a user.
/untimeout: Remove a user's timeout.
/temp-ban: Temporarily ban a user for a set time.
/warn: Issue a warning to a user.
/warns [user]: View all warnings, or those for a specific user.
