Welcome & Goodbye
Manage how your server greets new members, says goodbye, and automatically assigns roles when someone joins.
Make sure Apollar has permission to send messages, embed links, and manage roles to use these features properly.
Welcome Messages
Greet new members automatically by enabling Welcome Messages. Customize the following:
Select the Welcome Channel and set the embed Color, Title,
and Message. Use placeholders like {user}, {username}, {server}, and
{members}.
Welcome to the server, {user}!
There are currently {members} members
on the server.Goodbye Messages
Say farewell to members leaving your server. The settings mirror the Welcome Messages: select a channel, embed color, title, and message, with placeholders available.
Auto Role Assignment
Automatically assign roles to new members when they join. Enable this feature and select which roles should be applied to everyone who enters your server.
Saving Changes
After updating any settings, a popup will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click Save to apply changes or Discard to revert.
